This month we are moving into our new retreat center! We are most fortunate to have found an ideal location in La Garita, just 2.5 kilometers from the Autopista, 20 minutes from the the airport, and surrounded by lush viveros and beautiful weather. This is a very exciting time for us, the culmination of a long-held dream. Soon there will be available a place where Awakening becomes an experience, not a conceptual projection. We are holding the space for all of you to join us in the next phase of our adventure!
Not Two Zen Retreat Center
As any of you who live in or have visited Costa Rica know, things seldom unfold according to plan or schedule, and time has a way of stretching beyond what one is used to up north. Though we sometimes have our patience tested, there seems to be a more natural, organic unfolding that occurs here, reminding us that Life’s plan emerges in perfect order at the right time. In other words, we have much work still to do before we can open the Retreat Center and it will take as long as it takes!
Many have asked how they can be of help, and truly, the best possible assistance you can give us is to hold a vision of the Center in the highest most positive love and light-filled feeling you can give and send it our way. Above is a picture of the grounds to give you sense of the space.
We believe this property has been subject to some psychic trauma, and needs much loving attention to heal. It is so beautiful and tranquil, with a couple of giant trees that are obviously ancient and wise nature spirits. These great beings are incredible anchors for cosmic and earthly energies and gazing at them is incredibly awe-inspiring.

Until then, give your attention to the stillness around you every day, for Silence is the one teacher that includes everything, delineates nothing, and argues with no one.
